Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your Terravise purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our wellness and intimacy products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and hygiene reasons.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened wellness supplements (capsules, tinctures, powders)
- Opened intimacy or body care products
- Digital products (e.g. Letter Tracing Worksheets)
